Since our establishment in May 2018, we’ve built a stellar reputation, recognised for impeccable service and craftsmanship. Our loyal clients stand as a testament to the quality of our work, with the majority of our projects originating from word-of-mouth referrals.
In September 2022, we expanded to a larger workshop in Smeaton Grange, doubling our capacity while maintaining high standards. One of our most significant projects was a collaboration with Acciona on the Sydney Light Rail project. This endeavour showcased our capabilities in integrated service cabinets, handrails, benches, bins, and panels.

Our Founder
Jeroen Janssen Andeweg (JJ) is the Managing Director of KeenWorx, an experienced structural and mechanical engineer with over 22 years of industry expertise. A dedicated professional who excels in innovation and thrives on tackling challenging design projects. He began his studies at the Hanze University at Groningen in the Netherlands, where he laid the foundation for his career.
Renowned for his expertise in designing, engineering and building complex mechanical devices, he brings a unique European ethos for excellence in design and construction to every project. His innovative approach and unwavering commitment to quality make him a go-to-guy for finding solutions to challenging problems.
Before starting KeenWorx, JJ ran his own engineering practice and developed enhancement tools/programs for Autodesk Inventor. He has since become more involved in the day-to-day operations of the workshop, and is now an expert in handling all machines.
JJ’s guiding principle is simple but profound: “It’s not the colour of your shoes but the quality of the leather that determines how far you can walk”. This commitment to quality and craftsmanship defines his approach to engineering and serves as a testament to the exceptional work he delivers.
